The first Graph shows my hours and mileage totals. The training hours are for running only. This year (2019) is the first year where I actually have an additional 63 (3 hours per week) hours of training in that period, and that was for strength training. Accounting for that my total number of training hours for 2019 is significantly higher. Event without the 63 hours of strength training I have a higher number of total training hours, and I attribute this to spending more time on the treadmill hiking at 15% incline, so going slower :) .
